What you will do

• Support toy portfolio strategy by segment, including pricing architecture and competitive positioning.
• Gather consumer and play-pattern insights for toy usage.
• Collaborate with Design and R&D to move toys from concept to shelf.
• Track business performance through revenue, margin, productivity, POS, and SKU metrics.
• Provide input on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling for Thomas & Friends products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in category management, product marketing, or product development.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage complex product development timelines.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills, including forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity, competitive analysis, and P&L management.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Design and Manufacturing.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel, with knowledge of CPG, toy, retail, or e-commerce environments.
