Audit Senior Associate (ICP/FBA)

Location: Rancho Cordova/Sacramento or Fresno, California, USA; client-facing work includes face-to-face interaction.

Salary: $91,000–$145,350 in Rancho Cordova/Sacramento; $79,400–$108,900 in Fresno.

What you will do

• Provide assurance and consulting services to Industrial and Consumer Products and Food/Beverage/Agriculture clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year, gather information, and respond to audit questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review financial statements and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting team development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and CPA eligibility required.
• Three years of assurance or auditing experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration, relationship-building, problem-solving, leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Experience in Industrial and Consumer Products or Food/Beverage/Agriculture is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
