Production Scheduler & MES Admin

Location: Merritt Island, Florida, United States; onsite

Salary: $62,800–$90,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Enter and maintain lamination starts, production dates, process days, and related data in OBMS.
• Create weekly production schedules and sequence shop-floor starts across applicable departments.
• Maintain line rates and spray sequences based on mold rotation and availability.
• Review sales orders, option compatibility, special instructions, and approved order changes.
• Create and distribute hard copies, HIN plates, and monthly Available to Ship lists.
• Verify daily production and perform weekly work-in-progress audits and reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in production scheduling and planning.
• Experience with AS400 and OBMS systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Logical and analytical thinking, quick decision-making, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and adjust the work schedule as needed.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shop Floor, Profound, or other MES systems.
• Experience with financial systems.
• Experience in boat manufacturing or complex platform manufacturing, such as aerospace.
