Specialist, Product Management

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Toronto-81 Bay, 10th Floor. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Coordinate product operations processes and act as a liaison between Operations Support, Sales, Technology, and Product.
• Monitor and respond to product operations inquiries.
• Perform audit checks on daily reports and report production issues.
• Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate procedures, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Support client experience initiatives, campaign approvals, cross-portfolio projects, and incremental sales and AUM growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint proficiency is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
