Manufacturing Systems and Planning Co-Op (SAP)

Location: Rockrimmon, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; full-time onsite co-op assignment from January through June 2027, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Engage directly with operations teams to improve understanding and use of manufacturing system capabilities.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Help design and validate system flows, user interfaces, data structures, and material genealogy transactions.
• Support global teams with the evaluation and implementation of new system capabilities at the site.
• Assist Manufacturing Planning with work order management, materials management, and procurement plan validation.
• Support inventory accuracy and integrations between MES and SAP.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a co-op-eligible bachelor's degree program in information systems, computer science, supply chain, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between 2027 and 2029.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP or other ERP experience is preferred.
• Available to work 40 hours per week from January through June and familiar with university co-op participation requirements.
