Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Monticello, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $20.00–$27.56 per hour

Energy company providing electricity and natural gas products and services to customers across eight Western and Midwestern U.S. states.

What you will do

• Process material shipment receipts by verifying documentation and entering accurate receipt data into SAP.
• Process work order transfers, confirm work order and component setup, and resolve discrepancies.
• Move transformers between company plant codes in SAP by processing, receiving, and issuing orders.
• Perform daily reconciliations, process credit memos, and monitor and resolve invoices without receipts.
• Maintain complete system records and train other employees on relevant processes.
• Collaborate with departments across the corporation to support timely receipt and transfer of materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related experience in material receiving, order processing, supply chain, accounts payable, or a similar area.
• Advanced alphanumeric data-entry skills.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow step-by-step processes while applying critical thinking.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience with SAP and Coupa.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes and procedures.
• Ability to travel to other sites when needed.
