Delivery Station Team Lead (Logistics)

Location: Zwolle, Netherlands; onsite delivery-station role with flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

What you will do

• Support the supervisor with daily delivery-station operations.
• Lead and guide associates, sorters, and drivers during assigned shifts.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Conduct team briefings and maintain safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Identify and report performance or service-quality issues.
• Train new team members and coordinate with transport and customer-service teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Reliable, hands-on approach with willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
