Class of 2027 Global Operations Leadership Development Program - Europe (GOLD) (Supply Chain)

Location: Rotational assignments across Johnson & Johnson campuses in the EU and Switzerland; permanent authorization to work in the EU or Switzerland without sponsorship is required.

What you will do

• Complete rotational assignments across operations, procurement, quality, planning, logistics, engineering, and supply chain functions.
• Participate in the planning, production, and distribution of healthcare products and services.
• Improve manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to support business decisions and outcomes.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance while keeping customer experience central to decisions.
• Combine on-the-job experience with business, leadership, and personal development training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance at university.
• Interest in multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
• Up to two years of full-time work experience by December 31, 2026; relevant experience is preferred but not required.
• Geographic flexibility across the EU and Switzerland is mandatory throughout the program and after graduation.
• Permanent authorization to work in the EU or Switzerland without current or future sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• At least three months of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, research and development, or a related area.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, design excellence, or process improvement methodologies.
