Senior Specialist - Project Management (Professional Services, AI)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream projects and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Apply project governance, advanced risk management, change control, and financial management practices.
• Use AI-enhanced tools for portfolio analytics, resource optimisation, predictive risk identification, and reporting.
• Use generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to prepare project documentation, business cases, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project post-mortems and produce actionable lessons learned.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the project management community of practice.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of senior project management experience, including complex multi-workstream delivery.
• Expertise in risk management, financial control, project governance, leadership, and executive communication.
• Experience with AI-enhanced project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Fluent English required; interviews will be conducted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered portfolio analytics, predictive risk management, and automated reporting.
• Experience using generative AI for project documentation, business cases, and strategic communications.
• Knowledge of airline technology project delivery and governance used by airline software providers.
• Understanding of AI-assisted risk identification, resource optimisation, and intelligent stakeholder reporting.
