Project Manager, Web Development

What you will do

• Manage project and task intake, assess scope, assign work based on team bandwidth and expertise, and oversee delivery timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, conducting meetings, gathering feedback, providing updates, and managing expectations.
• Coordinate designers, developers, Account Directors, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities, resources, requirements, and deadlines.
• Conduct QA checks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure web deliverables meet client and agency quality standards.
• Manage a portfolio of project-based engagements and retainers covering 10–25 clients per pod or at least $37K in monthly recurring revenue.
• Use AI technologies and hirify.global’s Nova ecosystem to improve departmental processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of agency experience and 1–3 years managing website development and design projects.
• Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.
• Basic understanding of web-based languages such as Java, HTML, or PHP.
• Knowledge of current web design and UX trends, with the ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including experience working with teams of 10 or more.
