What you will do

• Drive project workflows from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage outbound calls and emails with U.S.-based corporate clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and handle client escalations.
• Maintain project status control and accurate documentation.
• Ensure data readiness, scheduling progression, and complete project closeout.
• Support logistics tracking, operational workflows, and service quality standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in operations, planning, scheduling, logistics support, or a similar role.
• Experience handling client escalations and managing customers.
• B2+ English proficiency required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong customer experience and service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite.
