Global Snapshot Client Liaison

What you will do

• Advise clients and Business Development Managers on the setup and delivery of multi-country ad hoc market data reports.
• Coordinate data orders with hirify.global country teams and manage Snapshot report production.
• Coordinate report production with the production team in Pune.
• Act as a communication point for clients, Client Service, Business Development Managers, and international stakeholders.
• Support issue escalation, resolution of technical and operational queries, and identification of new business opportunities.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity, flexibility, quality, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Proven client-facing experience explaining complex operational processes clearly.
• Very good English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong verbal, numerical, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures and manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills, escalation judgment, process orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excel skills are required; programming skills in VBA, Power BI, or Power Apps are preferred.
