Specialist, Supply Chain Support (Planning COE)

What you will do

• Support users of the analytics suite through troubleshooting, training, and hypercare for newly deployed tools and reports.
• Investigate user-reported issues, validate data, and escalate problems to the data systems team.
• Improve documentation and training materials for reporting tools.
• Maintain data quality in the monthly sprint storyboard and ensure project statuses are accurate.
• Lead weekly sprint calls with the development team, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
• Provide ad hoc data and analytics support while identifying reporting gaps with end-to-end planning teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably involving supply chain reporting and analytics.
• Scrum Master experience and Agile methodology knowledge are required.
• Prior supply chain planning experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and JIRA or comparable project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
