Location: Syracuse, NY, USA; travel around the United States up to 15–20% of the time is required.
Salary: $22–$28 per hour

What you will do
- Review employment, compensation, benefits, and training activities across existing offices.
- Audit and analyze payroll processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist with FLSA evaluations of job positions and the transition of job documentation and evaluation systems.
- Maintain relationships with internal operating segments and provide follow-up on HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Recommend improvements to human resources, payroll, and benefits systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel by car and air throughout the United States up to 15–20% of the time.
- Knowledge of employment law and state and federal compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
