Inventory Deployment Planner

Salary: $69,500–$102,100 per year

hirify.global is a beverage company operating a network of breweries and distribution centers.

What you will do

• Create optimized short-term inventory deployment plans across multiple breweries, distribution centers, and direct-to-wholesaler assignments.
• Monitor inventory distribution, forecasted billings, inventory levels, network constraints, and shipment plan adherence.
• Review system-generated shipment recommendations and SAP transactions for execution by brewery operations.
• Coordinate with brewery operations, transportation and logistics, finance, and integrated business planning teams to build feasible shipment plans.
• Analyze trends, mitigate network imbalances through rebalancing strategies, and identify opportunities to improve on-time delivery and efficiency.
• Support scenario planning, weekly planning updates, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, finance, supply chain, production, or optimization roles.
• Experience with ERP and APS software, business intelligence, and analytics tools.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of inventory deployment practices, related technology, and supporting industry principles.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods; travel is expected to be less than 10%, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
