What you will do
- Optimize safety stock, order quantities, and replenishment cycles across multiple brands.
- Track supplier reliability, lead-time accuracy, predicted lost sales, inventory efficiency, and other supply chain metrics.
- Develop reporting tools and models to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Refine planning methodologies, reduce supply chain costs, and improve working capital utilization.
- Coordinate supply plans with brand management, finance, and logistics teams.
- Manage timely purchase orders, shipments, replenishments, channel allocation, seasonal planning, and supply network initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role.
- Experience with ERP systems, SQL, BI software, or similar technologies used to scale planning operations.
- Strong reporting skills, including preparing data and presenting insights to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of different supply chain network configurations.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in e-commerce.
