Core Planner

Location: On-site in Voorheesville, United States

Salary: $83,500–$100,000 annually, plus annual bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Manage the flow of engineering releases, materials, and production orders for custom-engineered and standard centrifugal compressor products.
• Process engineering change orders, purchase requisitions, production orders, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Planning teams to determine release strategies.
• Monitor job status, resolve planning issues, and expedite activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Support order conversion, document control, and non-conformance resolution within manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, scheduling, logistics, or a related function.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to learn and use ERP, planning, and document control systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and PLM tools.
• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent planning or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Voorheesville, United States.
