Associate Partner Quality Manager (Data Centers)

Location: DFW01_02, with work performed in remote and office environments, supplier manufacturing facilities, project sites, and domestic travel approximately 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Support the qualification, development, and performance management of supplier partners providing critical equipment and services.
• Conduct supplier assessments from manufacturing through pre-energization and equipment startup, including factory and field-level reviews.
• Lead gap assessments and corrective action follow-up, using SCAR, root cause analysis, and Plan-Do-Check-Act methods.
• Monitor supplier quality, delivery, responsiveness, warranty performance, and supplier-related risks.
• Coordinate quality issue resolution with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, contractors, and supplier partners.
• Support factory witness tests, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier standards, and lessons-learned sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role, preferably in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods including 8D, DMAIC, and Fishbone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments, walk and stand during assessments, and travel domestically as required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, process control planning, and MSA.
• ISO 9001 auditor training, ASQ certification, or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with SPC, Minitab, Lean manufacturing tools, SharePoint, or database applications.
