Location: Newport Beach, California, United States. Hybrid arrangement with on-site work at an allocated supplier site or office at least 3 days per week. Requires 50% domestic and international travel. Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this US position.

develops and manufactures commercial, military, and aerospace products and operates an Americas procurement organization supporting cabin programs and final assembly lines.
What you will do
- Manage program suppliers and ensure on-time, on-quality delivery of cabin equipment, including monuments, floor-to-floor equipment, IFE, and seats.
- Assess and strengthen supplier manufacturing and supply chain processes to prevent delivery failures.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, audits, assessments, recovery plans, corrective actions, and industrial risk management.
- Evaluate supplier capacity and capability during ramp-up, planning changes, ramp-down, industrial transfers, and design changes.
- Lead supplier recovery plans and preventive, corrective, and improvement actions when delivery performance declines.
- Coordinate management reviews and relationships with programs, MFT leaders, final assembly lines, suppliers, and European procurement stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in procurement operations, supplier monitoring, auditing, supplier development, or an equivalent area.
- Knowledge of supply chain and quality processes, including supplier auditing and assessment.
- Fluent or negotiation-level English in reading, speaking, and writing is required.
- Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, customer orientation, flexibility, and relationship-building skills.
- Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
- Master’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or CPIM certification.
- Knowledge of quality regulations, quality core tools, QMS, international management system standards, IPCA+, and CCP tools.
