Warehouse Team Leader (Night Shift)

Location: Fontana, California, USA

Salary: $24–$30 per hour plus an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Manage daily exception handling operations, including staff scheduling, discrepancy-handling training, and monitoring discrepancy center volumes.
• Manage overstock processing and discrepancy clearance while tracking resolution progress.
• Follow up on customer-dimension inventory counting, warehouse relocation, night-shift replenishment, and other key projects.
• Work the 12:30–22:00 shift.

Requirements

• Proficiency with computer operations and familiarity with WMS systems.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Chinese and English communication skills are required for communication with frontline warehouse staff.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility for results, and execution capabilities.
