Staff Accountant (Telehealth)

Location: Lewisville, Texas, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $71,000–$79,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, XBRL, and proxy materials.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to external financial reporting.
• Consolidate financial information through Oracle/FCCS and prepare reporting schedules, variance analyses, and account reconciliations.
• Perform detailed tie-outs of financial statement footnotes and prepare earnings release tables and investor relations reporting.
• Support quarterly reviews, year-end audits, audit requests, accounting research, government surveys, and special projects.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, investor relations, legal, tax, operations, and external audit teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least one year of accounting experience in public accounting or a corporate accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or comfort working with general ledger, consolidation, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience supporting SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Public accounting or Big Four experience.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or active pursuit of CPA certification.
• Experience with Oracle, FCCS, or similar financial reporting and consolidation systems.
