What you will do

• Represent Huntington Bank as a visible leader and ambassador in the Lufkin community.
• Build relationships with local business leaders, community organizations, and other centers of influence.
• Prospect for new business relationships and deepen existing commercial banking relationships.
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions while ensuring accurate documentation and credit compliance.
• Review portfolios quarterly, monitor credit exposure, and maintain compliance with applicable requirements.
• Mentor colleagues, support complex credits, and act as backup to the Market Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience with complex commercial credits.
• Proven business development and community leadership experience.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Lufkin, Texas.
