Relationship Manager II - Business Banking

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships in the $2MM–$10MM segment.
• Acquire, expand, and retain relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, provide financial insights, and increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships while presenting hirify.global’s full range of products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with business development, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Ability to evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, and customer experience skills.
• Must work in the Austin office; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
