What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while increasing engagement and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Present the full range of banking products and services and provide solutions based on client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, and internal credit policies.
• Skills in financial analysis, client relationship management, prospecting, selling, and decision-making.
• Must work in the Bensalem, Pennsylvania office.
