Senior Director, Strategy and Portfolio Management

Location: United States — New York — New York City. Candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available. The role includes 20% travel.

Annual base salary: $214,900–$358,100, plus a 22.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and continuously evolve the strategic plan for Security, Infrastructure and Cloud Services in alignment with hirify.global Digital and enterprise priorities.
• Advise the SVP and leadership team on strategy, operating model decisions, financial priorities, and business outcomes.
• Establish portfolio governance and lead prioritization, financial allocation, resource deployment, and trade-off decisions.
• Drive organizational transformation, governance modernization, workforce strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct business operations including strategic planning, financial management, communications, talent planning, executive reporting, and performance management.
• Lead portfolio, business operations, communications, organizational effectiveness, and change management teams while building partnerships across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex, dynamic budgets and leading strategic planning and portfolio governance.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, analysis, planning, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience developing talent, building effective teams, and leading in large, global, distributed, matrixed environments.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available.
