Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations, Digital Product Management

Salary: $137,340.45–$185,813.55 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Digital Product Management and senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable priorities, operating plans, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead strategic planning, annual operating rhythms, leadership meetings, staff meetings, offsites, and executive readouts.
• Manage cross-functional execution across the AI & Data organization, tracking initiatives, decisions, dependencies, and follow-through.
• Drive organizational effectiveness projects involving organizational design, talent strategy, capability building, change management, and operational improvement.
• Coordinate budgeting, resource planning, headcount management, scenario analysis, and talent management processes with Finance, HR, Research Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
• Develop executive presentations, business reviews, governance materials, portfolio reviews, leadership updates, and departmental communications.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or consulting; or a master’s degree and 4+ years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, communication, and cross-functional planning skills.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and operating with agility in ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in executive-level presentations and change management.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence with diplomacy.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in strategy, management, or a related field.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, or AI/data-driven organizations.
