Cross Portfolio Project Leader (Upstream & Fluid Management)

Location: Onsite in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; ability to travel globally up to 30%.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for designated cross-portfolio initiatives and represent the Upstream and Fluid Management Product Management organization.
• Coordinate portfolio, platform, and lifecycle leader inputs into aligned recommendations and facilitate fact-based decisions.
• Manage communication flows, updates, escalations, governance rhythms, and decision documentation.
• Coordinate execution plans with R&D, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Program teams.
• Track milestones, decisions, risks, and commitments to maintain portfolio visibility and execution discipline.
• Identify misalignment and decision gaps and drive their resolution across functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience facilitating structured decision-making for senior stakeholders, including options, trade-offs, and decision documentation.
• Experience establishing and managing communication flows, governance rhythms, and escalation paths.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with R&D, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Program teams.
• Ability to track portfolio-level milestones and decisions and ensure commitments are understood, resourced, and executed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work onsite in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States and travel globally up to 30%.

• Previous experience in product management, program management, or strategy execution.
