Automation Specialist (d/f/m)

Location: Remote from Spain; based in Barcelona. Ability to travel 5%.

What you will do

• Implement standardized Customer Care best practices across the European region.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions.
• Improve customer onboarding through consistent, practical process design.
• Support scalable procurement approaches and define performance metrics, including NPS, to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
• Fluency in English, German, and Spanish is required.
• Multiple years of experience improving sales support or customer service workflows using data-driven, process-oriented practices.
• Advanced proficiency with workflow, automation, and analytics tools, including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and UIPath.
• Ability to work remotely from Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences products.
• Experience with quote-to-order systems and commercial operations tools.
• Experience supporting automation or transformation initiatives in a global shared services environment.
• Italian and/or French language skills.
