Business Analyst, Translation Services Operations (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Own and monitor vendor invoicing metrics, identifying trends, risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and invoice validation mechanisms.
• Analyze costs, vendor performance, workflows, and pricing structures to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify process automation and simplification opportunities using AI and machine learning, driving solutions through implementation.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop scalable preventive controls for process failures and compliance risks.
• Partner with Business Development, Quality, Product, Finance, and external vendors to implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in business or financial analysis and in making recommendations that influence stakeholders.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to generate business insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL.
• Business English skills required in verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement, or financial operations.
• Experience creating process improvements, business cases, or strategic recommendations that changed operational models.
• Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.
