What you will do
- Monitor trading and business performance against budgets, previous periods, and expectations.
- Analyse performance changes across business dimensions and identify root causes, risks, and opportunities.
- Build business cases to support pricing and trading decisions, assessing effects on profitability, volume, and customer acquisition.
- Prepare recurring Trading and Business Reviews with clear insights, executive summaries, and recommendations.
- Investigate market and competition factors affecting business performance.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, basic statistics knowledge, and attention to detail.
- English proficiency.
- Proactive and autonomous working style.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and Looker Studio.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
- Curiosity about experimentation with AI-driven solutions and AI-enhanced problem-solving.
