Relationship Banker - Pulaski Highway (Fintech)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America; onsite branch role with face-to-face customer interactions.

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, identify sales opportunities, open accounts, and manage customer profiles.
• Present appropriate banking products and services while referring complex needs to internal partners.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach by phone and email, schedule appointments, and complete follow-ups.
• Onboard new customers and strengthen existing relationships through regular servicing and education.
• Support branch sales, service, customer flow, and referral goals.
• Apply KYC, CIP, fraud-prevention, audit, compliance, and Federal SAFE Act requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus either two years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or one year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer-service ability and tactful communication with internal and external customers.
• Financial-services product knowledge and user-level internet technology proficiency.
• Ability to work in an open, face-to-face branch environment and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to meet and maintain Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Notary public license.
• Bilingual skills based on branch needs.
