Base pay: $141,000–$243,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus and long-term incentive program.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of field-based Oncology Sales Specialists responsible for territory business plans and product execution.
  • Direct implementation of sales plans to maximize product distribution, market penetration, and brand objectives.
  • Build strategic plans, manage assigned budgets, and guide the team toward sales results.
  • Develop individual talent, manage performance, and build a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to support appropriate patient access and care.
  • Operate in the field with minimal supervision while following pharmaceutical and biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience, including at least five years in sales or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, motivate, and develop others.
  • Valid driver’s license issued by one of the fifty United States and willingness to travel up to 40% are required.

Nice to have

  • Oncology, hospital, or large-account sales experience, including experience with complex reimbursement issues.
  • People management experience overseeing a midsized team or completion of a Management Development Program.
  • High-level planning, organizing, business planning, and strategic sales experience.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and experience building team AI literacy and responsible AI use.
