Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Location: Washington, DC; on-site five days per week

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, applications, and automations.
• Connect APIs and systems and perform ETL, data normalization, and visualization.
• Build predictive risk models using statistical analysis and machine learning.
• Apply AI/ML to extract insights from unstructured documentation.
• Create business intelligence analyses, management visualizations, user guides, and Power BI documentation.
• Research and recommend data storage and integration solutions while improving risk assessment tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint, and InfoPath.
• Experience creating and managing Power BI reporting.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Experience with data science and business intelligence tools such as R, Weka, NumPy, MATLAB, Anaconda, SPSS, and Power BI.
• Active Top Secret clearance, ability to work on site five days per week, and US citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience connecting to and manipulating data from federal systems.
