What you will do

• Build end-to-end data science solutions for audience development and campaign optimization.
• Transform, mine, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate audience insights.
• Join audience, media exposure, and conversion data to create feedback loops and measure campaign KPIs.
• Apply machine learning, predictive modeling, NLP sentiment analysis, time-series analysis, Bayesian analysis, and causal inference.
• Develop advanced visualizations and clearly communicate analytical findings to non-data-science audiences.
• Contribute to product innovation, scalable solutions, proof-of-concept models, and product release testing.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in media, marketing, or digital advertising.
• Expert knowledge of Python, R, or a similar analytical programming language.
• Working knowledge of big data, data mining, machine learning, predictive modeling, and relational databases.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects, collaborate across business units, and communicate clearly.
• Business acumen and the ability to connect analytics with strategic decision-making.
