Junior Software Engineer (React)

Location: Onsite at the Beavercreek office in the Dayton, Ohio area; U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

What you will do

• Design and implement new software capabilities.
• Resolve issues in existing code.
• Integrate capabilities with external services and tools.
• Support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center in advancing digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant STEM field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher, listed on the resume.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• 0–2 years of experience with React or Angular frontend development, server-side languages such as Node.js or Python, and version control such as Git.
• Ability to communicate technical details and take ownership of project segments in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Secret security clearance or higher.
• Experience with Docker, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Helm, RESTful web services, or JIRA.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins.
