What you will do

• Own and implement significant UI features and clinical workflows using Qt/QML.
• Design architecture for UI state, data binding, and threading between UI and real-time data.
• Partner with UX designers to translate Figma designs into responsive production interfaces.
• Lead end-to-end development of components and subsystems with limited supervision.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and guidance for newer engineers.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, and quality teams within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a PhD.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Strong production experience building application UIs in Qt/QML.
• Expertise in C++ and/or Python with a track record of delivering production software.
• Deep understanding of UI architecture, including state management and real-time data threading.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, networking, and multi-device or distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments.
• Ability to establish standards and best practices for AI development tools.
