Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must be located within the TD footprint: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $91,000–$136,240 USD annually

What you will do

  • Coordinate release processes, Program Increments, ceremonies, backlogs, roadmaps, and feature delivery across 3–4 Agile teams.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, synchronization meetings, and readiness activities.
  • Manage impediments, risks, dependencies, resourcing needs, and delivery alignment across value streams.
  • Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams in Lean-Agile practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
  • Track release metrics and dashboards while aligning delivery with business outcomes, OKRs, and product strategy.
  • Support DevOps, continuous delivery, release-on-demand practices, governance, and regulatory risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Typically 7+ years of Agile-related experience, including at least 3 years coaching multiple Agile teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master and 3 years using Agile management tools.
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer, SAFe Program Consultant, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology, estimation, planning, forecasting, reporting, facilitation, conflict resolution, and dependency management.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, analytical tools, reporting, and delivery metrics; financial services or regulated-environment experience is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Expert-level Jira experience and experience navigating multiple UAT environments.
  • Experience with Agile transformation, executive delivery dashboards, DevOps, continuous delivery, Encompass, or Blend.
