Senior Technical Program Manager (Real Estate Lending Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, United States; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Salary: $127,200-$163,100 annually.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical programs supporting cloud transformation, systems integration, platform modernization, and enterprise technology strategy.
• Develop program roadmaps, delivery plans, resource models, governance practices, and performance reporting.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, budgets, delivery challenges, and stakeholder expectations across engineering, product, business, and architecture teams.
• Lead the intake, prioritization, roadmap development, and governance of analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data enablement initiatives.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, success metrics, and actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Drive analytics adoption, data quality, reporting modernization, data literacy, and continuous improvement while mentoring technical program managers and team leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant program management experience, including 2+ years leading multi-phase, cross-functional technical programs.
• Advanced knowledge of technical program governance, Agile or SAFe frameworks, and enterprise planning practices.
• Experience with systems integration, cloud migration, platform modernization, infrastructure, architecture, security, program budgets, and executive reporting.
• Advanced skills in risk modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; experience with SQL and analytics technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education, training, and experience required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or certifications such as CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with analytics portfolios, data governance, KPI development, reporting governance, data storytelling, and value realization.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop data-driven strategies and decision-support capabilities.
