(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 4700 Boardwalk Dr, Fort Collins, Colorado, United States

Salary: $21.00–$29.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

hirify.global operates the Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center, providing automotive products and services to members through a retail club environment.

What you will do

• Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety, organization, merchandise presentation, inventory, claims, returns, shrink, and damage standards.
• Monitor tire and battery orders, assist with installation appointments, communicate lead-time changes and cancellations, and suggest alternative fitments or services.
• Recommend tire and battery products, explain warranties, assist with purchasing and service decisions, and resolve member concerns.
• Prioritize service-bay workflow and appointments using Sam’s Garage, while coordinating with the TBC Team Lead, technicians, and associates across the club.
• Operate TBC equipment, process sales and payments, complete vehicle service requests and tests, and maintain required documentation.
• Use digital tools, handheld devices, point-of-sale systems, and product references to improve service, sales, training, and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Must work onsite at the Fort Collins, Colorado facility.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn tire and battery products, TPMS, service standards, equipment operation, safety procedures, and point-of-sale processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations.
