Location: Candidates must be based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin. Candidates local to an office work on a hybrid schedule; candidates outside commuting distance may work remotely. Travel of approximately 25–30% is required.
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead pharmaceutical client programs from kickoff through completion, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, communications, and risks.
- Plan and execute HCP meetings and events, including advisory boards, speaker programs, investigator meetings, congresses, medical meetings, and internal pharmaceutical meetings.
- Coordinate clients, internal teams, vendors, venues, speakers, faculty, attendees, and stakeholders.
- Manage registration, communications, travel, accommodations, venue sourcing, production, event technologies, and onsite logistics.
- Oversee attendee eligibility, honoraria, expenses, documentation, approvals, transparency reporting, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
- Complete budget reconciliation, invoice processing, attendance and compliance reporting, program closeout, debriefs, and post-event recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of meeting and event management experience, including 2–4+ years planning and managing HCP meetings and engagement programs.
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences clients.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and experience with registration, speaker logistics, honoraria, travel, contracts, and reporting.
- Strong project management, budgeting, organization, communication, and client-service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management technologies; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
