Mechanical Engineer Internship (Summer 2027)

Location: On-site in Bloomfield, Connecticut, USA; work may also take place at project locations as required.

What you will do

• Support mechanical engineering projects and contribute to meaningful client work.
• Apply mechanical engineering concepts to design and project activities.
• Use CAD software and engineering analysis tools as appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform work onsite or at project locations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Availability to work onsite in Bloomfield, Connecticut, or at project locations as required.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit and familiarity with engineering analysis tools are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry.
