What you will do

  • Contribute to assigned technical projects and complete tasks supporting team objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
  • Attend planning meetings and work with cross-functional project teams.
  • Perform hands-on technical assignments in laboratory or workshop environments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support best-practice implementation.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required because the role requires an active U.S. security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
  • Currently enrolled in a university, college, or technical school program in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with at least six months remaining until graduation after the internship ends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; ability to use computers and office equipment.

Nice to have

  • Previous technical or engineering internship experience.
  • Familiarity with the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD or MATLAB and experience with Microsoft Access.
