eDiscovery Program Manager (Legal): Overseeing administrative, technical, and personnel operations for government legal accounts with an accent on eDiscovery lifecycle management and IT infrastructure oversight. Focus on managing complex project schedules, ensuring compliance with government standards, and leading cross-functional teams to meet 24/7 operational requirements.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Chicago, IL / Detroit, MI / Remote/Hybrid options available).

Salary: $156,986.20 – $213,052.70 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage contract staff, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance oversight.
  • Oversee eDiscovery platform processes and system administration for Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server environments.
  • Coordinate with government leads to define deliverables, project milestones, and technical assessments.
  • Ensure 24/7 operational coverage and compliance with established government policies.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project expectations.
  • Develop and implement training programs and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
  • Proven experience in eDiscovery program management and IT infrastructure oversight.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects within a government contracting environment.
