Program Manager

Location: Remote with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C.; U.S. citizenship is required

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the Department of Transportation.
• Lead program kickoff activities and coordinate implementation schedules, processes, communications, and service delivery.
• Maintain communication with the DOT Program Manager and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Coordinate participant intake, coach matching, scheduling, communications, coaching agreements, and reporting.
• Track program activities, assignments, engagement, and performance across concurrent DOT Operating Administration requirements.
• Identify and resolve program performance and service-quality issues.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience working in or supporting the Federal Government; relevant federal contractor or consultant experience may qualify.
• Demonstrated program management and coordination experience.
• Experience managing schedules, administrative processes, communications, service delivery, and government stakeholders.
• Ability to manage concurrent activities, resolve service-quality issues, and be named as Key Personnel in the proposal.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

Nice to have

• Current International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach or Master Certified Coach credential, if providing coaching services.
• Veteran or military spouse status.
