Senior Data Quality Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from any US location, or hybrid in New York City or San Francisco

Annual base pay: $153,000–$179,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City; $133,000–$156,000 in all other US locations.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve data anomalies within the business and analytical context of the Healthcare Map.
• Analyze data products for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Design, maintain, and implement data quality assurance processes and monitoring workflows.
• Manage the daily data issue resolution workflow and support customer issue resolution.
• Identify data product bugs in customer use cases and coordinate their resolution with Engineering.
• Improve quality monitoring for incoming healthcare data sources.

Requirements

• Experience working with healthcare data, especially claims, EHR, and laboratory data.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases, or proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience testing data in a data warehouse, ODS, or analytics database.
• Comfort with version control systems such as Git or GitHub.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience interacting with, managing, or building AI agentic workflows.
