Senior Consultant, Advisory Services: Financial Transformation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, with 61–80% travel within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and participate in financial performance improvement engagements across revenue cycle, managed care, and clinical integrity.
• Identify issues, conduct interviews and analyses, develop recommendations, and support implementation of client solutions.
• Prepare presentations and deliverables that communicate findings, strategy, and outcomes to healthcare clients.
• Manage assigned workstreams, including project plans, budgets, risks, issues, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using healthcare, payer, revenue cycle, and clinical documentation datasets.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools using Tableau, SQL, Excel, and AI-based techniques.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in revenue cycle performance improvement, managed care or payer strategy, clinical integrity, health system finance, operations, or strategic consulting.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, validate complex healthcare datasets, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lead work groups, prepare presentations, and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work remotely while traveling 61–80% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Lean process improvement or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt experience.
• Experience with AI tools, machine learning models, or automation platforms for analysis and process automation.
• Experience developing new methodologies and solving complex strategic problems.
