Account Executive (Business Coaching)

Location: Remote within the United States

Compensation: $18.38–$20.43 hourly base rate and $85,000 annual on-target earnings.

What you will do

• Identify business challenges and pain points faced by home service professionals.
• Explain business coaching solutions through program walkthroughs and actionable guidance.
• Use consultative techniques and selling skills to demonstrate value.
• Engage prospective customers across multiple outreach channels and expand coaching program participation.
• Build effective relationships with customers and internal teams while addressing objections.
• Improve processes and outcomes through continuous learning and adaptability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or consultative customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to consult with business owners, identify operational pain points, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience in software or coaching services.
• Background demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.
