Project Manager (A/B Testing)

Location: Remote (Malaysia); fully remote

hirify.global is an A/B testing company that runs website experiments and uses proprietary data to predict which experiences will improve customer conversion.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.
• Move A/B tests from idea through build, launch, and analysis while identifying risks and removing blockers.
• Build and maintain testing roadmaps covering 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Explain testing plans, expectations, progress, and results to clients in weekly meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clarity and momentum during complex projects.

Requirements

• Strong organization, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication, including early risk escalation and asking for support when needed.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand technology and design, identify patterns, and ask effective questions.
• Prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is not required; training is provided.
