Project Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere

Salary: $900–$1,300 USD per month

What you will do

• Manage administrative operations, scheduling, records, reports, documents, presentations, and project management tools.
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects across creative, strategy, performance, and account management streams.
• Manage timelines, workflows, resources, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs to support on-time campaign execution.
• Support client onboarding by processing contracts and statements of work.
• Act as a key client contact, provide progress updates, respond to inquiries, and gather feedback.
• Identify project risks, coordinate mitigation, and assist with campaign performance reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or an agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and cross-functional work.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana or Monday.com and G-Suite.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
