Operations Manager

Location: Remote from the Philippines; U.S. Business Hours

What you will do

• Own day-to-day implementation execution across multiple client engagements.
• Translate business decisions into tasks, owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Track milestones, project status, action items, and client commitments.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders through completion.
• Create SOPs, process maps, KPI scorecards, and operational trackers.
• Identify blockers and risks, resolve issues where possible, and escalate complex matters with context and recommended solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, implementation, client success, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience owning projects or initiatives through completion.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies.
• Excellent written and spoken professional English; availability during U.S. Business Hours.
• Strong project organization, stakeholder management, follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets, project management tools, CRM systems, or documentation platforms, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
